Woodmark is a 600-acre community adjacent to the 900-acre University of Maryland Experimental Farm and to the Franciscan Friar Seminary. The community is located in the Baltimore-Frederick-Washington corridor.

In the heart of the rural-wooded area of central western Howard County, Woodmark has immediate access to the Marriottsville Road interchange of Route 70 and is approximately 35 minutes from downtown Baltimore and 45 minutes from Washington D.C. Woodmark is located just 8 minutes from downtown Columbia.

The beauty of Woodmark is inherent in its heavily wooded lots and fertile valleys, interspersed with clear streams and fresh water springs. Several acres are designated for recreational use by Woodmark residents, including a beautiful lake, a sweeping field and the perfect sledding hill!

Woodmark is a "low-density" community, where homesites range between one and three acres, offering a rare opportunity of spacious living in this highly desirable area of central western Howard County.

In addition to its unmatched location and beauty, probably the best feature of Woodmark is its residents! As quoted in a local paper, one resident commented: "The people are nice, real down to earth, despite their successes." Woodmark is a family-friendly and supportive neighborhood, where residents look out for one another and take pride in their community.
